Responsibilities
Direct and organize Food and Beverage to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Requirements
Master’s (or foreign equivalent) in Food Service, Marketing or Financial Management or related. Knowledge/skill set must include Indian cuisine food production and presentation; MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
