I am a bit of a Garam Masala freak, and I would recommend that
you attempt this simple recipe. After grinding the ingredients,
you can store the masala in a tightly-lidded jar for reuse.
Spread all ingredients in a flat pan. Roast in oven at 350 degrees
for 10 – 15 minutes. Grind, cover, and store up to 3 weeks.
