Method of preparation
Rub the ginger, and garlic on the chicken.
Pour yogurt over the chicken so that it is coated. Add ½
of garam masala and mix everything one more time. Marinate
this overnight.
Heat the oil over low heat in a pan. Finely slice the onion
and add to oil. Stir the onions without letting the onions
brown. Add the chicken and stir for about 5 minutes.
In a blender blend the cashews and the cream until it forms
a paste. Add the Basic Curry to the chicken and let it all
cook for 10 minutes. Add the raisins, cashews paste and the
rest of the garam masala. Bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning
and salt.
