Fried Onion Paste

Ingredients

2 lbs. onions
¼ c. vegetable oil
20 ml. yogurt

Method of preparation

Peel, wash and slice onions. Hat oil in a pan, add onions and sauté over medium heat until light golden-brown. Remove and spread aver an absorbent material to cool. Put onions in a blender and add the yogurt. Blend to a fine paste. This paste can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 15 days.
