Create and implement marketing programs which support growth and expansion of multi-restaurant operations especially via the internet; develop and manage web presence including Facebook account and other social media business accounts such as Yelp and Trip Advisor; evaluate current social media platforms and design new digital marketing programs; maintain/upgrade organizational websites; implement digital security measures; develop communication layouts to convey organizational messages to the general public; develop and use digital marketing materials (e.g. brochures, event support materials, newsletters and presentations) to promote business goals; develop and utilize software application and programming techniques and procedures to promote the business operations; determine and achieve market goals within predetermined deadlines; maintain knowledge of the various procedures, concepts and practices related to programming; develop and implement digital marketing programs and procedures for web development, social media, web advertising, and graphics; determine and implement internet marketing strategy to best illustrate operations; utilize latest developments in digital advertising; develop and coordinate multimedia packages to achieve business growth; present workable recommendations to senior management regarding digital marketing programs; develop and implement "ad words" programs and search engine optimization to promote growth; maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis; manage digital agency relationships of the organization; oversee day to day digital marketing activities; and manage digital touch points of the organization.
